Urzekające miejsce ze wspaniałym personelem. Miejsce, gdzie rodzina czuje się bardzo przyjemnie i gdzie zbiera piękne wspomnienia oraz zdjęcia. Można się przespacerować, ponieważ noclegi znajdują się pod Rozsutcem. Świeże, rześkie powietrze, miły personel i doskonała wakacyjna atmosfera. Nasze dzieci wyszalały się w wellness, gdzie były jacuzzi. My doceniliśmy różne sauny i sympatyczną panią, która wszystko nam pokazała i wyjaśniła. Żałujemy, że spędziliśmy tu tylko kilka pięknych dni. Już teraz planujemy kolejny pobyt u Państwa. Dziękujemy.

Me and my dad visited this hidden gem after booking a few hours before. It was absolutely superb! A lady from Spa was really friendly and very helpful. The whole place was spot on, very good level of facilities and cleanliness immaculate!! There was a very chilled atmosphere with a bit of chill music in the background, which was a nice little detail. Definitely recommend and will be back 👌

From arrival to departure, everything was excellent. The lovely ladies at the reception explained and showed us everything. We started with dinner and had half-board – in terms of meal selection and taste, I truly recommend it. There was plenty to choose from, and everything we tried was truly delicious. The bar staff was friendly and smiling, even though they were quite busy. The accommodation was clean and cozy. The photos were absolutely accurate. We were also enchanted by the wellness center. The sauna rituals – perfect. This resort also offers a children's playground and mini-golf, but unfortunately, we couldn't use them due to the freezing weather. Just above the golf course, we took a short 5-minute walk to an attraction – Zázrivské valašky. It was peaceful there, with a beautiful view of the local mountains. We will definitely come back and thank you for a wonderful stay!

The stay was awesome. The workers were smiling, and nice. The rooms were beautifully cleaned and the food tasted amazing. The surrounding environment was wonderful too. I'll definitely go next year and I definitely recommend!!⛰️🏞🐿🐾🫎

Spent one night and have mixed feelings. When doing the reservation I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub and to contact me if it wasn't available. When we arrived and were given key to the room I asked if there's a bathtub. It wasn't and all the rooms with it were already occupied. Nobody bothered to read the reservation note :-( After a bit of haggling they offered a free time at private bath at wellness center which was nice - appreciated. The room would be OK otherwise if it wasn't for very thin walls - we could clearly hear dialogue and TV from the neighboring room late after midnight. The wellness that is part of the complex is very nice, no complaints there. Various kinds of saunas, cooling pools, resting pools, terrace. Nice. The food in the restaurant was average at best. Halusky (dumplings / gnocci) were in my opinion made from instant dough - no texture, no feel of potatoes. All the other meals we've had were just acceptable. Nothing memorable to return for. The place has a good potential but needs some effort.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The accommodation was outstanding – everything was clean and well-maintained. It’s worth noting that, being a complex of wooden houses, some sound transfer can occur, but it didn’t diminish the overall experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to cater to our requests. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!
