Also thanks to Elija the room attendant who clean my room. Thanks to Egbi Sunday the Housekeeping Manager for the Wonderful team you got I will love to come again and again

The sojourner by genesis, i would say is the best hotel i have used when it comes to service, the building and design of the rooms are decent but then the attention to guest needs is top notch. They were very friendly and cheerful. I recommend this place to anyone and again they have the best Nigerian dishes.

First day chek in no safe working,even after the gm checked the room.complained to reception but no resolution. Second time I checked in,room fine and safe working but asked for a room move due to not feeling OK in the room Second rooms Che ked into.no safe working. Maintenance brought another safe,bu could not install it because they could not remove the broken one Kept my personal belongings in my suitcase Long story short 1,000 us dollars was taken from my room Today being almost 72 hours later still waiting for answers No safekeeping facilities at reception, no cctv coverage as I asked for PLEASE Avoid ACTUAL PROPERTY Pool tiles broke off in the pool Rooms needs renovations Breakfast poor Overall staff needs training and the gmmust sit up urgently The guest service,personal safety and security of guests are pooor
